For regular bookings, our payment terms are: Complete payments are due in full before any bookings.

Any changes to the original booking price, such as additional waiting time, car parking, additional stops, and address changes, will automatically be charged from the credit or debit card that you provided upon booking. For account bookings, additional charges will apply to the final invoice. By Making any booking with us customer is bound to pay his payment by any means, whether we have to get it via 3rd party recovery companies or court. The client will pay all extra charges, including admin charges.

The charge on your bank statement will be displayed as Euro Car Hire Ltd

Cancellation and Refund Terms

Less than 24 Hours, any cancellation will be fully charged, and if it’s before 24 hours, it can be reduced to 50% by the acceptance of the Administration of Euro Car Hire Ltd.

Cars and Minibus

In case the Customer cancels the booking within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of your money paid will be non-refundable.

Suppose multiple vehicle bookings are cancelled by the Customer for any significant social and business events within five days from the start of the hire period. In that case, 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.

If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, we will give 15 minutes grace period before we pull off the driver. Should the driver need to wait further on, a waiting charge will apply at £30 per hour, charged by the hour, plus any parking. All monies paid will be non-refundable.

If a booking is cancelled by the Customer for major sporting events, such as Wimbledon and Ascot, within five days from the start of the hire period, 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.

Euro Cars require a minimum of 24 hours notice for online bookings.

If you want to book a transfer with less than 24 hours’ notice – Please call our helpline: +44 208 451 3311 . Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept any responsibility for delays caused by natural circumstances beyond our control.

The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds by road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.

Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required to reinstate a vehicle to working order – as well as any subsequent loss of earnings for the driver for the consequence of their car being off the road.

We may provide subcontracted vehicles occasionally.

By supplying your email address and phone number, you permit Euro Cars to contact you. In return, we promise never to provide your details to any third party.

We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.

Euro Cars will make every effortto ensure that our vehicle(s) or Sub-Contractors vehicle(s) arrive on time.

Our Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.

Euro Cars vehicle(s) and sub-contracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims. However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk, and Euro Cars shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.

Euro Cars will keep a lost property book at their office and will endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) or subcontracted vehicle(s) to the customer.

Euro Cars and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour threatens the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).

Euro Cars maintain a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.

Online quotations do not allow for public and bank holidays like Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. There will be a 100% surcharge on all journeys on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day. All other Bank Holidays will be subject to a 25% surcharge.

All major sporting events, such as Wimbledon and Ascot, are charged at a premium rate which may mean online bookings for these events may not be valid.

Transfers from the airport

We offer Airport Transfers from All London Airports. We will collect you from the airport and take you to your destination.

Euro Cars cover all the airports in the UK, including London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London Stansted, London Luton, London City Airport, London Southend, Manchester, Birmingham and more.

We give 60 minutes of free waiting from the time of landing at no additional cost for International flights and 45 minutes for European flights. For arriving passengers, £10 applies for meet and greet services. Plus, Parking at a cost

At Euro Cars, the safety and satisfaction of our customers are of utmost priority. Euro Cars are fully licensed by Transport for London's governing body which regulates and licenses London cabs and private hire operators. For your safety and peace of mind, all our chauffeurs are licenced by Public Carriage Office under fully enhanced CRB Disclosure checks.
